With the operation service, you get access to customer service support, remote maintenance and maintenance visits required by the device during the warranty period. The warranty specifically includes maintenance work related to the operation of the device. Other possible maintenance work is subject to a fee for the customer in accordance with the valid service price list. A monthly service fee is charged for the operation service in accordance with the valid price list. Service fees are charged to the payment card monthly. A separate agreement is made for the operation service. You will receive a signature link to the contact email address you provided.

Restoring the factory settings will disconnect the charger from the Plugit backend system and remote support will no longer be possible. The device warranty continues until the end of the original warranty period. All troubleshooting procedures performed on site are subject to a fee, including during the warranty period, according to the current price list. A one-time labor cost will be charged for restoring the factory settings according to the current price list.
After restoring the factory settings, reconnecting the charger to the backend system will be charged for labor cost according to the current price list. You will receive a confirmation by email when the job has been processed.
