Fleet charging infrastructure and services, fully managed

From depot charging to on-route charging, we handle the full lifecycle. No complexity, just reliable charging that keeps your fleet moving.

PAIN POINTS

Electrifying a fleet doesn’t have to be complex

Plugit provides customized solutions to bring electric vehicle charging and zero emissions vehicles together.

Charging fleets

Where do vehicles charge? When? How do you avoid bottlenecks during peak hours? We help you with clear planning, so your operations do not slow down.

Uptime pressure

Every minute a vehicle sits uncharged is lost revenue. Fleets need chargers that’s available 24/7 — we take responsibility of keeping maintenance and upkeep costs under control.

Upfront costs

For many operators, capital investment is the biggest barrier to electrification. With our charging as a service business model, you pay monthly fee, Plugit pays 100% of the upfront investment to design and install new charging stations, as well as maintenance and upkeep costs.

Multiple vendors

Charging solutions often require coordination between multiple vendors—covering hardware, software, installation, and maintenance. Without a single clear point of responsibility, managing the whole becomes more complex, coordination slows down, and resolving issues becomes more cumbersome. With Plugit, one partner is all you need.

“A partner that can operate internationally and respond agilely to our needs is essential as we build the foundations for electric transport. Our collaboration with Plugit Finland has been very successful.”

Åke Nyblom CEO, Ahola Transport

“Länsilinjat has been very satisfied with Plugit’s delivery in Joensuu, where the first electric bus charging depot was commissioned in 2022. Our collaboration has been excellent, and thanks to Plugit’s values, quality, lifecycle management of the delivery, and commercial terms, the decision to continue working together was an easy one. We tendered several providers, but ultimately the decision to select Plugit was unanimous across our management team.”

Jukka Ylitalo CEO, Länsilinjat Oy

FAQ

Common questions about fleet charging

Plugit supports professional fleets such as buses, logistics and delivery vehicles, taxis, and company car fleets, including both light and heavy-duty operations.

Plugit’s charging solutions support electric passenger cars, vans, buses, and heavy-duty vehicles. Support depends on charger type (Type2, CCS, MCS) and connector standards used at the site.

Invoicing is handled through Plugit’s platform and can include per-session billing, monthly invoicing, and user- or fleet-level cost reporting, depending on the service model and contract.

Chargers are remotely monitored, and issues can be identified through alerts and diagnostics. Maintenance and fault handling are managed according to the agreed service level.

Energy management helps allocate available power efficiently across chargers and vehicles, avoiding peak load issues and enabling clearer visibility into energy use and charging costs.
