For the customers using Helen’s electric car charging service
Plugit and Helen have agreed on a business acquisition whereby Helen’s electric vehicle charging business will become part of Plugit. As a result of the deal, Plugit will become the largest charging operator in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
For you as a customer, this won’t change anything for the time being. Charging and your contract will continue to work exactly as before until the deal has been finalised. You don’t need to do anything.
Once the deal is finalised and the transition approaches, you will be informed in good time about what the change means and how it will be handled.
In future, you’ll have access to an even wider charging network! We look forward to welcoming you then – until then, everything will continue as usual.
